How To Get Glowing And Radiant Skin Naturally?

Every woman desire for a smooth and glowing skin, but in this polluted world where the air that we breadth is also contaminated, it is becoming too difficult to take proper care of our skin. More over today people have become so busy that they hardly get time to get parlour appointments for hectic skincare routine and waste hours standing in long que. As a result, the stress is showing off on the skin. Today we have brought some quick and easy skincare tips that will help you keep your skin glowing and radiant.


Take 4 tsp of gram flour (besan) and 1 tsp of organic turmeric powder in a bowl. Add milk or rose water in it to make a thick paste. Apply it on the skin and let it dry, after 20-30 min rinse it with cold water while scrubbing gently. Turmeric contains lots of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties while besan cleanses the skin to make it clean and bright. Try to apply this paste at least twice a week.


Mix 1 tsp aloe vera gel, a pinch of turmeric, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp milk and prepare a thick pack. Apply this pack evenly on your skin. Leave for 20 minutes and rinse with luke warm water. The nourishing and healing properties of aloe vera rejuvenate the skin to give it a natural glow. You can repeat this twice a week.


Mix the ingredients and apply the mixture on your face, try to massage in a circular motion and leave it on for minimum 10 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water. Lemon cleanses, bleaches, and removes tan from the skin, while the sugar granules help to get rid of dead cells. You can do this every alternate day for faster results.


Take a small grated cucumber and 2-3 spoons of yogurt. Beat both the things together and apply on your skin. Leave it for not more than 10 minutes, rinse well with cold water. Cucumber adds moisture to dry skin and rejuvenates dull skin with its anti-oxidants and also improves complexion and reduces swelling. For better results you can also add 4-5 drops of fresh lemon juice.
