Neolayr Pro Enlite Skin Illuminating Face Serum is an active concentrate, which helps to manage hyperpigmented skin conditions and promotes skin illumination. It is a skin brightening formulation that evens out skin tone and reduces blemishes and pigmentation.

It contains the Niacinamide USP PC (Lonza, Switzerland) which helps to hydrate the skin and boosts illumination by protecting the skin from sun damage while Licorice Extract slows down melanin production thereby giving a lighter and brighter skin
