It helps to remove excess oil, dirt, sebum, and dead skin cells. It helps to unclog skin pores and thereby controls and reduces acne. \

Enriched with Salicylic Acid Extra Pure (Ronacare-Merck, Germany) which is a BHA and a keratolytic, dissolves skin debris that clogs pores and causes acne. Aloe Vera Extract & Glycerine helps to prevent Salicylic Acid-induced irritation and dryness
